My work is founded on principles of Buddhism, psychological transformation, and energetic integrity. I provide a supportive space for clients to move beyond superficial relief and engage in the deeper process of self-remembrance and healing.

With over a decade of experience in natural wellness and intuitive living, I have cultivated a comprehensive understanding of holistic practices and tools. For me, Reiki is not just a modality but an energetic language and way of being. One that I have thoroughly studied and feel called to embody in my everyday life.

My personal journey has been marked by profound transformation, including the dismantling of generational patterns, healing inherited wounds, and reclaiming my authentic voice, energy and sovereignty. This lived experience forms the foundation of my practice and my passion for holding space for others.

I am double certified in Usui Reiki Levels I, II, and Master Teacher. I completed my training through in-person mentorship at Reiki Colorado Academy in Boulder, CO in addition to an online training program.

I approach my work with humility, discernment, and a steadfast commitment to helping my clients find their way back to their own authentic expression.
